Thank you for shopping at VLUKY. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below, in compliance with FTC regulations and California consumer protection laws.
1. General Return Period
Eligible non-custom, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, unless defective:
– Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (due to their unique nature)
– Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
– Used, worn, damaged, or altered products
– Items without original packaging or tags
– Free gifts, promotional items, and discounted clearance items
3. Custom Orders Policy (Repeated for Clarity)
Custom and personalized items are produced specifically for you and arenot eligible for unconditional returns or refunds. No cancellations are allowed once production begins. If you receive a defective custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at vluky@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number if approved.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to us at 100 North Taishan Road, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or mis-shipped.
5. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
5. Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– We may deduct payment processing fees or restocking fees (up to 15% of the item price) from refunds where permitted by law.
– Refunds do not include return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or mis-shipped.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
