– Sizes are manually measured; a slight difference of ±1–3mm is normal and not considered a defect.
– Natural gemstones and materials may have unique inclusions, lines, or variations, which are part of their natural character, not defects.

5. Order & Payment
– All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock, discontinued, or if we suspect fraud.

– Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to verify orders, request additional identification, or cancel suspicious orders to prevent fraud.

6. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale. These items are not eligible for free returns, refunds, or exchanges due to their unique, made-to-order nature. – Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– Once the package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. You may file a claim with the carrier directly for lost or damaged packages.
– For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
8. Returns & Refunds
Standard non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and restocking fees. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Custom orders are excluded from this policy.
9. Product Care & Liability
– Our products are not waterproof. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, and harsh environments to maintain quality. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, water exposure, or accidents is not covered under any warranty.
– Some products contain small parts or delicate components. Please handle with care to avoid damage. Our products are not intended for use by children under 13 and may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard.
– VLUKY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to damage to the product, personal injury, or property damage.
